This month Border Eco introduces an individual who works behind the scenes at Cochise College but has for several years echoed many accomplishments throughout his life. Marco Antonio Zamudio is originally from San Diego, California. He moved to Nogales, Arizona at the age of 4 years-old with his parents.
He has been working in the field of education for the past 9 years as an IT Support Technician for the school district and Cochise College. His role at Cochise College is crucial to the success of the college. He provides support to the teachers, staff, and students. He started working for Cochise College 3 years ago.
“We are different here at Cochise College. Our mission here is to help everyone who walks into our college. We have a great team here. We all work in collaboration to help meet the needs our students,” said IT Support Technician Marco Zamudio.
He has 10 years experience working in the field of technology.
Mr. Zamudio has currently accepted a position with Apple, Inc.as a full-time support technician.
“I am deeply saddened by the outcome. I really enjoyed working for Cochise College. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked for such a prestigious college,” said Mr.Zamudio.
